Comments - The adviser’s licence was cancelled on 16 February 2016. On 22 March 2016 the District Court issued an interim order under section 82 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 allowing the adviser to engage in providing immigration advice until the determination of the appeal by the District Court on a number of conditions including: The adviser is to be supervised by Johannes Petrus Hubertus Cornelis (Peter) Hendrikx; the adviser must inform clients in writing that they are providing immigration advice pursuant to an interim order and the conditions of that order; the adviser must enrol in and meet the course and attendance requirements of the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. The interim court order allowing her to practice as a provisional licence holder ceased to have effect as of 31 January 2020.
