Log on to Licensed Building Practitioners Online Services

If you are a Licensed Building Practitioner you can use the LBP online system to:

  • Update your personal details, e.g. your addresses, email and phone numbers
  • Update your skills maintenance diary
  • Relicense every year (Annual Contact), which includes automated licensing and payment by credit card or internet banking.
  • Apply for an additional licence class.

To use the LBP online system you need a RealMe account. If you are applying for an LBP licence for the first time and you're not an existing LBP, please go to the New Applicant Login Page.

Just click the blue ‘Login’ button on the right.

 

 

I have logged in before but I have forgotten my RealMe username or password.

If you have logged in before, you should use the same login you used last time. If you don't rmember your login, you can retrieve your username or reset your password on the login page. You can call us on 0800 60 60 50 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm on working days and we will help you to get acces to LBP online services.

 

 

I already have a RealMe login – I want to access LBP online for the first time.

You can use an existing RealMe login to access the LBP online system. Click on the ‘Login’ button on the right and enter your username and password. Note that you can recover your RealMe username and / or password if you forget them. Click the ‘I forgot my username/password’ link. Please do not create another login!

To link your RealMe login to the LBP online system you need your activation code, which is on the confirmation letter that came with your welcome pack. Call us on 0800 60 60 50 if you can’t find it.

 

 

I don’t have a RealMe login yet.

Click the RealMe Login button on the right and select ‘Create your RealMe login now’. Be sure to choose a user name and password that you can remember, as you will need these every time you log on.

I have an igovt login - Can I use this?

Yes if you have an igovt login, it has become your RealMe login. Your username and password are the same. Just login as usual.
